Which Wills does VasiWill handle?

We only handle UAE Wills registered with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), for assets located in the UAE. VasiWill is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation.

Two Wills for a couple, with drafting, review and corrections, translation included, preparation for registration with the ADJD, ADJD notarisation appointments, and a secure storage option available. ADJD court fees of 1,900 AED (950 AED per Will) not included, paid directly to the ADJD. For assets located in the UAE.

How long does the whole process take?

Most clients complete their online questionnaire in around 15 minutes. Review, corrections and translation follow before preparation for ADJD registration. The final notarisation video appointment is scheduled by the ADJD, and availability varies. Your Will is registered after the required ADJD process is completed.

Is my data secure and confidential?

Accepted Answer

Registration information is handled through secure connections and access is restricted. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

What if I need to update my Will later?

Please contact our dedicated team for help with changes. Any applicable ADJD amendment or court fees are separate and paid directly to the ADJD. Free ongoing updates are not included in the package.

Do I have to come in person?

Preparation is online. Final signing follows the ADJD procedure during a scheduled video call with the public notary. We help you prepare for the appointment.
